Why have online check-in when you still end up waiting 25 minutes pass your appointed time? My check-in assigned me an 11:50am arrival time. I arrived at 11:45 and was not seated until 12:20. When I complained that a 25 minute wait was not acceptable I wasn't given an apology but rather told that the man before me had a lot of hair to be cut, that another stylist went home, and that the online check-in was not an appointment, but rather a suggested time of arrival. Then why bother? To my stylist's credit she did a good job and offered me a discount for my wait, which I declined. My problem wasn't with her ability and work, but rather a system that wastes the customer's time!

My husband went in for a haircut 20 minutes before closing and was told to come back another day - no problem. Come back 2 days later at 5pm with 2 clients getting their haircut and no one else waiting. Told they are closing in half an hour and he can’t have his hair cut. The attitude of the staff is poor. He had had his hair cut there before with good results but the customer service as I said is poor. We will not be returning.

Remember when you could walk in the barber shop and the Barber said "next", you sat in the chair and got your hair cut and paid cash. Not now! Take your reading glasses because there is a sign in process that is digital and needs your information, and I don't mean just a first name. I had to complete this process twice as it got lost or deleted "recently after adopting this new process". They say it helps them to identify the customer and hair cut desired however, each time I've gone the barber always ask " what would you like toady". When I say, the same thing as usual, then they have to go look at the computer to find out. Additionally, I always tip in excess of 20% and I don't like being prompted by the computer and receipt for a tip. Classic cuts has been my barber shop for the past 3 years. Whoever came up with this new elaborate, expensive digital crap for a barber shop has way to much time on their hands.
